Account data includes email, name, authentication details and workspace membership. Tasks, files, assignments and change history support workspace operation. Technical logs support security and troubleshooting. Account processing is necessary to provide the service; security relies on legitimate interests and statutory records on legal obligations.

Providers and cookies
Eutaxia uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and databases, SendPulse for email, and Stripe for payments. Providers receive information necessary for their functions. Eutaxia does not store full card details. Authentication and language cookies and local PWA storage support application operation. Optional Google sign-in exchanges identity information with Google. Map features also use external providers such as OpenStreetMap. Contact support for information about providers, processing locations and transfer safeguards.
Retention and rights
Workspace data is retained to operate the service until deletion is requested. Certain records may remain for legal obligations, security or backup recovery. Request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object where applicable at hello@yanis.gr. Identity verification may be required. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
